Terms and Conditions

  • Ticket is non-transferable. A person shall not be entitled to be carried on a flight unless that he/ she presents a valid ticket duly issued in accordance with ARMZ Air’s Regulations.
  • All passengers must carry a valid photo ID proof if the ticket is purchased by a credit card, with which the boarding will be denied.
  • The booking of Home Pick-up and drop for guests closes 24 hours prior the flight.
  • The updating of number of bags to be carried as checked in baggage closes 3 hours prior departure.
  • The purchase of tickets by web is allowed up to 3 hours prior departure.
  • In case the guest purchases the ticket from the airport, the purchase could be made only if the payments are made in cash.
  • Rebooking/ rescheduling of the ticket is only possible up to 24 hours prior to scheduled departure. Any rebooking done within 24 hours will be treated as cancellation. In case of rebooking or cancellations, please call the agent at +91-9840509916/61/23/84.
  • Maximum cabin baggage allowed is 1 bag per guest. The dimension of one bag should not exceed 40 X 30 X 10 cm and the bag should not weigh more than 5 kg.
  • Frisking of persons and checking of hand bags is mandatory and the guests are requested to cooperate with the staff.

Flight Delays & Cancellations

ARMZ Air reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or delay the commencement or continuance of a flight or to alter the stopping place or to deviate from the route of the journey or to change the type of aircraft in use without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the customers or any other person whatsoever. Sometimes circumstances beyond ARMZ Air’s control result in flight delays or cancellations. In such circumstances, ARMZ Air reserves the right to cancel or delay a flight without prior notice. Circumstances beyond ARMZ Air’s control can include, without limitation, weather, air traffic control, mechanical failures, acts of terrorism, acts of nature, force majeure, strikes, riots, wars, hostilities, disturbances, governmental regulations, orders, demands or requirements, shortages of critical manpower, parts or materials, labour unrest, etc. ARMZ Air does not connect to other airlines and is not responsible for any losses incurred by customers while trying to connect to or from other airlines.

If an ARMZ Air flight is cancelled, rescheduled or delayed for more than three hours, a Customer shall have to right to choose a credit for future travel on ARMZ Air.

Please note that in the event of flight delay, reschedule or cancellation, ARMZ Air makes alternative arrangements for the transportation of the guests from origin to destination.

Wheel Chairs

Wheel Chairs will be provided to the guests if required by them. A prior intimation of the requirement should be given at the time of booking. However, if the guests want, the request could be placed 24 hours prior scheduled departure of the flight.

Expectant Mother

Expectant mother in good health are accepted for transportation up to and including the 32nd week of pregnancy. A medical certificate to be asked from the passenger after the 32nd week. When an expectant mother is traveling, it must be ensured that supplementary oxygen is invariably carried on board the aircraft.

If more than one-month lapses between the date when the booking is affected and the departure, a further certificate should be submitted not more than 3 days before the departure.

Refusal of Carriage

The acceptance of guests can be refused due to any of the following cases:

  • Sick Passenger: Persons suffering from contagious or infectious diseases or having visible external manifestation of a very unpleasant or repugnant ailment or their physical condition may be objectionable to other passengers will not be accepted.
  • Disrupted and Unruly: Disruptive behaviour, often called ‘air rage’, may include verbal and/ or physical attacks against fellow passengers, crew members and airline staff, alcohol-related problems, non-adherence to instructions of the crew, non-compliance with Air-India’s smoking policy, thefts on board the aircraft, damage to the airline’s property, etc. If the Airport Manager considers a passenger to be a threat to safety, the passenger will be denied boarding.

Guests Carrying Oxygen Bottles

The passengers who require carrying oxygen bottles can carry portable cylinders in the cabin when certified by a competent MBBS Doctor stating the authenticity of the specification of the bottle. The information of the carriage of the same should be given to the Captain in advance.

Non-Smoking Flights

As per the guidelines of the Regulatory Bodies, smoking is strictly forbidden on the flight.

Security Regulations

According to security regulations, guests are advised:

  • Not to accept any packets from unknown persons.
  • Not leave baggage unobserved at any time, especially within airport area.
  • To declare before baggage screening/ check-in if carrying any armz or explosive substance.
  • Battery cells/ Dry cells carried in the hand baggage or any electrical/ electronic items are liable to be removed. The same could be carried in the registered baggage.

Prohibited Articles

Carriage of dry cell batteries, knives, alcohol, scissors, sharp instruments, tools, fire armz, ammunition and their replicas are prohibited in the guest cabin.

Valuable items

Currency, precious metals, jewellery, negotiable instruments, securities, personal identification documents and other items of value, are best carried with the guests in the cabin.

Restricted Articles

Medicines and toiletries in limited quantities which are necessary or appropriate for the guest during the journey, such as hair sprays, perfumes and medicines with alcohol may be carried.

Flight Cancellation Policy

  • Before 10 days of flight departure, cancellation charges will be INR 300.
  • Between 10 days and 72 hours of flight departure, cancellation charges will be INR 1500.
  • Before 24 hours, cancellation charges will be 100%.

Flight Rebooking Policy

  • Before 10 days of flight departure, rebooking charges will be INR 300.
  • Between 10 days and 72 hours of flight departure, rebooking charges will be INR 1000.
  • Before 24 hours, rebooking charges will be 80%.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

  • Before 7 days of check in, cancellation charges will be 10%.
  • Between 7 days and 5 days of check in, cancellation charges will be 50%.
  • Before 2 hours of check-in, cancellation charges will be 100%.

Hotel Rebooking Policy

  • Before 7 days of check in, rebooking charges will be 10%.
  • Between 7 days and 5 days of check in, rebooking charges will be 25%.
  • Before 2 hours of check-in, rebooking charges will be 100%.
